The founder of the Film Heritage Foundation, Shivendra Singh Dungarpur, has announced that the foundation is planning to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of the late actor Dilip Kumar. Shivendra believes, there is no better way to celebrate the legacy of Dilip Saab than by showcasing his work. I am also finding it challenging to get suitable material for the festival and look forward to doing it.

Dilip Sahab, born Mohammed Yusuf Khan on December 11th, 1922, is an Indian actor and producer who worked in Hindi cinemas. He was "The First Khan" in Bollywood and one of the most successful stars in the industry. He has conquered the industry over five decades. The late actor, Dilip Kumar, breathed his last on July 7 at Mumbai's PD Hinduja Hospital. He was admitted on June 30 after he complained of breathlessness and lost the battle of life after eight days at the age of 98. The FHF has begun the preparations to celebrate the legacy of the "Tragedy King."

Meanwhile, Shivendra posted to Twitter yesterday to thank the audience for their encouraging response to "Bachchan: Back To The Beginning."
